My first reaction was one of dismay - I know how new cars tend to be in the US, but this was quite old-fashioned. I could see why this would be a great car for street racing. Now I can see why a company like Rimac would be excited about this vehicle. Longer trips are looking like a real possibility. After all, how many electric cars are out there today that can provide a trip of this length? This means that electric car technology will continue to advance. This is a great thing for the consumer and the environment.

Multiple model years are already available, so it will be interesting to see what is in store in the next few years. I am sure that this vehicle will make for a great weekly commute, especially as the EPA starts to install more stringent emissions standards. Electric cars are very clean, so adding this car to your household means you are using one of the cleanest transportation options available.
